The invoice or order number must be provided with the returned item.

Personal care products, cosmetics, perfumes, or innerwear
Electronic items that have been unsealed or used

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for purchase (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer).
Transaction or service fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Send photo or video proof of the issue via email or Messenger.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before confirmation.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not possible (you may proceed with a return after delivery).

6. Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
